A Business Built To Actually Take Care of Hearing Loss

We don’t sell t-shirts and pants. We are a business that is based on quality care in an industry that has forgotten what that is, in a time period that has forgotten what that is. You feel it when you order food at a restaurant, coffee at the drive-through, and a movie ticket at the box office. It is not the same world and dealing with other businesses does not feel like they care about the customers or patients anymore. The foundation my wife and I built this business on is based on actually taking care of hearing loss as best as possible for each individual, NOT each transaction.

If we don’t believe we can make you happy and make the hearing aids work for you then we absolutely will tell you for your sake and ours. We offer all of our services for free for the full lifetime of hearing aids. We pride ourselves on our patient care and patient satisfaction. If you cant be helped by us then we will do everything we can to direct you to where you can be helped.

Will Hearing Aids Work For Me?

Hearing aids are not always the solution for everyone and there is one important question to ask yourself while deciding to buy a set of hearing aids…. “WILL THEY WORK FOR ME?” Hearing loss has impacted our friends and family in horrible ways and most of the problems we encountered came from other providers not properly taking care of us and being dishonest. That is what we set out to change back in 2016 and we are proud to say we have lived up to that mission and plan to do better every day than the day before. 

We love what we do and we work in our offices still. Even though our business has grown and we have a full team taking care of all of our patients. We still see patients every day ourselves and nearly half of the patients have our personal numbers. We are dedicated to our patients and making everything as easy, pain-free, and stress-free as possible. It is simple for us, We take care of our patients how we want our family taken care of. The rest will sort itself out.
